These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beestmobile applications and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Beest.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
- A single account may hold multiple roles (member, coach, gym). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Beest provides fitness tools (workout logging, routines, progress tracking), a marketplace connecting members with coaches and gyms, nutrition plans, messaging, AI assistance and payment processing. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Coaches, programs & content
- Coaches are independent providers, not employees of Beest. They set their own prices and are responsible for the programs, nutrition plans and advice they deliver.
- Content such as programs and plans is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share paid coach content. Program content imported into your routines is kept private and cannot be published.
- Beest does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You train at your own risk.
4. Payments, subscriptions & renewals
- You can pay online by card via Chargily, or manually via CCP, BaridiMob or cash by uploading a receipt for the coach or an admin to verify.
- Access to paid programs and plans unlocks only after payment and, where applicable, coach approval.
- Some offerings are one-time purchases; others (coached programs, Gold/VIP nutrition, coach platform access) are monthly subscriptions that you renew each period. Access ends when a subscription lapses.
- Coaches pay a recurring platform fee, set by Beest, to sell on the Service.
- Prices are shown in the app. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the amount displayed.
5. Refunds
If a coach rejects your request, any online payment is refunded. Other refunds are handled case by case and may be subject to the coach's policy and applicable law. Manual (CCP/BaridiMob/cash) payments are settled directly and refunded out-of-band where due.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights;
- Share, resell or leak paid coach content;
- Abuse, harass or impersonate others, or post harmful content;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- Use the Service to send spam or fraudulent payments.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Beest name, logo, app and underlying software are owned by Beest and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your routines and photos) and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific fitness result, nor the availability, accuracy or reliability of coach content or the Service at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injuries resulting from exercise or nutrition choices. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
